Maintenance Technician
Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading manufacturer in the Anderson/Greenville, SC area, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team! This is a full-time, direct hire, hands-on role supporting press and tooling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Maintenance Technician Job Summary:
· Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 Hourly
· Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
· Location: Anderson/Greenville, SC
· Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hydraulic presses, electrical systems, and mechanical components
· Support tooling operations including die changes and press setup
· Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns involving control panels, motors, sensors, and gearboxes
· Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions to minimize downtime
· Interpret and work from blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
· Follow all lockout/tagout and safety procedures
· Maintain and utilize a personal set of tools appropriate for the role Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
· Proven experience with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
· Ability to work independently and manage urgent tasks under pressure
· High attention to detail, with a sense of urgency and accountability
· Strong communication skills with a team-oriented approach
· Must supply and maintain personal tools required for maintenance tasks
· Familiarity with safety regulations and preventative maintenance programs Why Zing?
