Machine Maintenance and Process Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance/Engineering Manager to join our team! You will manage the maintenance team that is responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance team including setting priorities and deadlines, evaluating equipment needs, and establishing the preventative maintenance program and schedules for the equipment
• Ensure the department responds to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machinery maintenance management or supervisory role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
