Occupational Therapist Inpatient Waco, TX. This position involves providing restorative, functional, and preventative therapeutic services to patients in an inpatient setting. Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: BLS (AHA only), TX - Occupational Therapist (if not currently licensed in TX, must be willing to obtain upon offer), minimum 1 year of experience in inpatient occupational therapy.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients; modify therapy plans; perform clinical documentation; communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff; supervise support staff, students, and volunteers; advance clinical skills through ongoing education; adhere to regulatory guidelines.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in inpatient settings and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
