Skilled Laborer - Now Hiring

• Assist with rough and finish carpentry tasks on active job sites

• Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards

• Load and unload construction materials and tools

• Perform demolition and site clean-up

• Assemble and disassemble temporary structures, including scaffolding

• Remove, fill, or compact earth as directed

• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople

• Learn and develop skills through on-the-job training

• Previous construction or carpentry experience required

• Willingness to work in a physical, fast-paced job site environment

• Ability to follow safety procedures and directions

• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Napa area

• OSHA 10 certification a plus (training available if you don’t have it)
