Job Duties

• Answer incoming calls from health/dentalproviders and plan members.
• Assist with questions regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, and claim payments.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Research and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Perform other data entry duties as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of medical billing experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to navigateclaimsystems and handle high-volume calls

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical or dental office experience
• Knowledge of insurance benefits, payments, claims, and eligibility verification
• Previous call center or customer service experience
