Babysitter

I'm looking for someone who can come 3-5 days a week in the mornings from about 8:45 to somewhere between 12 and 2 to watch my baby while I work from home and get exercise. If he naps while they're here, ideally they would do a little light (child-related) housekeeping, like prepping his or my older child's lunch or snack or picking up the playroom. I am not looking for someone to drive him places, but it would be great if they could take him out for walks around the neighborhood or (once he can walk) to the playground that is walking distance from our house.
