Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Looking for someone to get our son off the bus after school 3-5 days a week. Monday, Tuesday and Friday are set days with Wednesday/Thursday optional as I work a hybrid office schedule. He's 14 years old but nonverbal and can't be left home alone. We have a fenced yard with playset, sandbox and trampoline but most afternoons he will prefer a snack, tv time and a nap when he gets off the bus. We do have a Boxer in the house so dog friendly, please.
