Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

We are looking for someone that is engaging and attentive, reliable and organized. No housework expected, but would like dishes for meals cleaned up and daily activities tidied. We also have a dog (30 pound, mix) and hope for someone comfortable with pets. Our family is Christian and we hope for someone that holds similar values. Very active 1-year-old. Does best with variety in her day and chances to be outside. Consistently takes one nap a day. Loves books. Does not do any screen time.
