NOW HIRING: Seasonal Warehouse/Operations Support – $20/HR
Location: Ledbetter KY
Company: Express Employment Professionals (on assignment with ADM)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Varies based on harvest needs – up to 12-hour shifts, 6 days/week during peak season. Night shifts possible. Rain may cause schedule changes.

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking dedicated and dependable candidates to support a leading agricultural company during its busy seed and harvest season. This hands-on role includes a variety of operational and warehouse duties in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and seed storage operations

• Operate machinery including skid steer loaders and/or pay loaders (experience preferred)

• Follow all safety procedures as outlined in company policies

• Support overall plant operations and special projects as assigned

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

• Work effectively both independently and in team settings

Requirements:

• Commitment to a zero-injury safety culture

• Able to meet physical demands: prolonged standing/sitting, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders/stairs, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in confined spaces, and exposure to varying weather (heat, cold, dust)

• Willingness to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed procedures

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Reliable attendance and positive, professional attitude required

• Must be flexible with schedule changes due to weather or harvest demands
