Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join a growing organization. Responsibilities:
• Develop financial models that support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning efforts across the business.
• Analyze operating results and explain key drivers behind budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual variances.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to guide leadership decisions, evaluate business scenarios, and identify performance trends.
• Gather, organize, and interpret large data sets using effective data mining techniques to uncover actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely reporting and improve visibility into financial performance.
• Create clear summaries and presentations that communicate findings, risks, and opportunities to business leaders.
• Support ongoing FP& A activities by monitoring metrics, refining assumptions, and improving analytical processes.• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP& A, or a closely related finance role.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and building analyses that support strategic planning.
• Strong capability in variance analysis with the ability to identify trends and explain business drivers.
• Experience performing ad hoc financial analysis in a fast-paced business environment.
• Proficiency in working with large data sets and applying data mining techniques to extract insights.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders.
