Title: Production Specialist

Location: Acton, MA 01720
Pay: $24.29/hr W2
Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Specialist to support the assembly, testing, kitting, and inventory of medical devices, including Personal Diabetes Managers (PDMs).
• This role requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to follow established procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconfigure and test mobile devices into dedicated PDMs.
• Assemble, label, inspect, and package components and finished goods.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Follow SOPs and FDA, ISO 13485, and cGMP requirements.
• Identify and report quality or process issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
• Support Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or regulated environment experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Comfortable with light assembly and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to distinguish red, green, and blue colors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate manual/electric pallet jacks.
