Recent Home Health experience within the last 2 years - required

OASIS proficiency - required

Wound care experience - required

Willing to work Home Health and Hospice - required

Willing to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Rotating weekends - required

One evening of on-call per week - required

One weekend on-call per month - required

Gross Pay (weekly): $2566.0

Taxable Pay (weekly): 1320.0

Non-taxable Pay (weekly): 1246.0
