Position Overview

We are hiring Pick/Pack – Outbound Associates to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will select, pack, organize, and prepare merchandise for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

PAY & SCHEDULE

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Open (multiple positions)

Full-time opportunity

Overtime may be available based on business needs

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• As a Pick/Pack – Outbound Associate, you’ll help make sure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and ready to ship.
• Pick merchandise according to customer orders
• Pack and prepare products for shipment
• Use an RF scanner to locate and process products
• Sort and organize merchandise
• Verify products and quantities for accuracy
• Lift and move products throughout the shift
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attendance is required
• Ability to work Monday–Friday
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
