Location: Stockton, CA

Pay: $18.00-$20/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Regular Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Summer Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Balance Staffing is hiring an Industrial Painter for a growing truck body manufacturing company in Stockton, CA. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who wants a long-term opportunity and is eager to grow with the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare truck bodies and metal surfaces for painting.
• Apply primer and paint using spray equipment and other painting tools.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Mask, sand, clean, and prepare surfaces before painting.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial, automotive, or manufacturing painting experience preferred.
• Experience using spray guns and painting equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
