Pay Rate: $58240.00-62400.00/hr

Description: 1st Shift
Lathe Operator (No Live Tooling) - CNC lathe (Okuma or similar), high-mix/high-tolerance parts, 2+ yrs preferred.

Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce custom machine parts.
Read blueprints and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Perform tooling adjustments and routine maintenance.
Use precision measurement instruments to inspect parts.
Troubleshoot and correct deviations in real time.
Qualifications:

Proven experience operating CNC lathes.
Conversational Programmer required
Proficient in blueprint reading and machining practices.
Comfortable working in a low-volume, high-precision environment.
