Job Description
Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who thrives in a precision manufacturing environment? We're looking for a skilled professional to take ownership of the machining process from setup to final inspection in a low-volume, high-mix job shop.
What You'll Do
Setup and operate multiple CNC machine tools
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Edit CNC programs and troubleshoot machining issues
Utilize FANUC controls and Renishaw probing systems
Perform inspections using precision gauges and CMM equipment
Complete FAIs, monitor SPC data, and maintain quality standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S practices
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
Strong knowledge of shop math, GD&T, and blueprint reading
Ability to edit CNC programs and work independently
Experience with CMMs, inspection methods, and precision tolerances
Machine Tool Technology degree preferred or equivalent experience
Schedule Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
