Home Health Aide Needed

About who needs care: Became mostly bed bound recently. Not much appetite. Weak and depressed. Incontinent and sometimes soils herself late at night and needs to be changed and cleaned up. She has a long term care insurance, but it only pays out $120/day. We have been using it for an aide (from another agency) for 4 hours/day, but need someone overnight. It's getting to be too much for my 91-year-old father and sister (living with them, but works from home during the day). About the care needs: home health aide familiar with caring for an incontinent 90-year-old woman. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
