Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: In hospis care now but only for medical and daily checks. We would need some to come feed and change her in the afternoon and evening. She has someone there 100% of the time but cant change her and has trouble feeding her due to her own health issues. About the care needs: Gram has a good memory and likes to tell stories. Easy to work with. But is bed riden. Female only. Who can change diapers on a 103-year-old. She weights less than 70 lbs and has pretty good movement. Can lift her butt up at least Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
