Companion Care Needed

Hi I need a bit of a hybrid care of Companion plus slight care. I recently started some new medications that I cannot be left home alone while my boyfriend is at work. I have no one else who can help assist in case of a medical emergency other than my three dogs who only know how to comfort during these episodes. I would appreciate some help with cleaning since I can only do short bursts and probably will need help slowly getting up since my meds are causing low BP. If it comes to an emergency having someone be able to transport me to an ER would be nice. Please reach out for further clarification on this job, we are looking to hire sooner rather than later.
