Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a recurring babysitter to help watch our toddler (3 yrs) and baby (1 yr) while I (mom) work from home on Mondays and Tuesdays. We live in downtown Lancaster City and are hoping to find someone who is comfortable with the city as our kids love going to visit the parks, playgrounds, market, etc. We are also hoping to find someone who is energetic and creative and will come with ideas for activities as we are mostly screen-free household. Our kids love to be engaged and play! I am available during my work day to help and like to be involved so it's an ideal position for someone who like to collaborate with the parents and be a part of a team.
