Nanny Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter(or 2 so the days can be split up) for 3 children in Fredericksburg. Someone who is flexible because sometimes we do cancel the day of because my husbands work ends early. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. Someone who will engage in activities with my kids and not just sit on the couch on their phone. Someone who is patient because our 2 older boys are very active and the definition of boy. Our youngest is the complete opposite of her brothers. She loves to play by herself, blocks, magnets, books and snacks.
