Childcare Needed

Looking for a flexible nanny for our 4-month-old baby. Role will include managing daily routines (like meals, naps, play, diapers) and support developmental milestones through tummy time, reading, and sensory play, while maintaining light, baby-related housekeeping like washing bottles in our house on west side of Springfield. We’re looking for someone interested in a long term nanny role who truly wants to integrate into our family and grow with our daughter. We have two friendly cats. Schedule is 7:00 to 4:00 Tuesday to Friday every other week so part time
