Animal Care Needed

We have 2 dogs. Ginger is 10 and Millie is 6 months. Ginger is well trained, stays in our yard and is not in a crate while we are gone. Millie has had some training, wears an e-collar and sometimes needs correction to stay in our yard. She is in a crate while we are not home
