Housekeeper Needed

Condo with stairs and cats. Housekeeper should be good with both. And with carrying trash to a local dumpster. There is a wagon that can be used for that. There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher in the place that can be used. Current housekeeper has been working for about a year but is retiring. I would prefer both standard cleaning and deep cleaning but they don't have to be done at the same time. Some cleaning supplies such as Pledge and Comet are to be avoided as much as possible. Additional help around the place would appreciated but is negotiable.
