Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Compensation: $17.00 per hour

About the Role

Fuze HR Solutions Inc. is hiring Unarmed Security Guards to support event security for a major university football event on September 5th. These are standing security positions for the full duration of the shift, and we're looking for reliable, professional individuals who can stay alert and maintain a strong presence throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a stationary security post for the duration of the assigned shift.
- Monitor the assigned area and respond to any security concerns or incidents.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor throughout the event.
- Communicate effectively with event staff and fellow security personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

- Active Arizona Unarmed Guard License required.
- Physical Arizona Guard Card must be on your person at all times during the shift.
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.

Uniform Requirements

Required:
- Clean, tucked-in undershirt
- Polo shirt (provided onsite)
- Tan khaki pants ONLY
- 100% black shoes
- Black belt capable of holding a radio
- Physical Arizona Guard Card on your person at all times

Not Allowed:
- Leggings
- Joggers
- Cargo pants
- Drawstring pants
- Shoestring belts
- Chairs/stools

Important Reminder

Please come fully prepared. There will not be time to return to your vehicle once checked in. Bring anything you need for the evening — water will be available onsite. If you have any questions or issues prior to your shift, please reach out immediately.
 

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
