Health Unit Coordinator - Now Hiring

As a Health Unit Coordinator at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, you’ll help create a welcoming, organized experience for patients and families while supporting caregivers with the day-to-day flow of the unit.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome and orient patients arriving on the unit
• Respond to patient call lights and make rounds
• Help coordinate patient admissions, transfers and discharges
• Assist patients and families with directions and available resources
• Maintain patient records and other care-related documents
• Support clerical needs throughout the unit

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Typing and computer experience or equivalent coursework

Preferred:

• College degree
• Microsoft Office experience
