Job Description
Manufacturing Equipment Reliability Technician

Picture your day at Helion: you arrive on the production floor of a fast-paced manufacturing operation, scan your maintenance dashboard, and map out preventive checks before the first shift spikes. A conveyor flags a vibration anomaly—you inspect, adjust, and return it to spec. Minutes later, a mixer stalls; you track the fault to a drive and restore it quickly to keep product moving. That rhythm—anticipate, diagnose, resolve—is how you help the line run right.

About the Role

You will keep our production equipment operating at peak performance through a blend of preventive maintenance and rapid corrective action. Your expertise spans mechanical systems and electrical diagnostics up to 480v, ensuring downtime stays low and throughput stays high.

What You’ll Handle
  • Own preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery across the facility.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical systems up to 480v, including motors, drives, contactors, and limit switches.
  • Maintain and service conveyor systems—perform PMs, identify wear, and execute repairs.
  • Repair and sustain blenders, mixers, pumps, motors, fillers, sorters, packaging equipment, conveyors, and related machines.
  • Respond swiftly to breakdowns to minimize impact on production schedules.
What You Bring
  • Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting conveyors, including preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v.
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings (preferred).

Ready to keep a modern manufacturing line performing at its best? If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!
