As a Respiratory Therapist (RT) on our Weekend Shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our 24/7 skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses and needs

• Conduct assessments, set up and operate respiratory therapy equipment, and administer medications as needed

• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments

• Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain current knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and standards

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the state of Wisconsin

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
