Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Assist resident care by providing basic care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
• Assist with mealtime and provide hydration and nutrition as needed
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control procedures and adhering to facility policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies
Requirements:
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance when necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
