Production Welder

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Production Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of performing a variety of welding and assembly tasks to support our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a variety of machine and hand tools to facilitate production activities.

- Perform welding operations in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.

- Conduct assembly operations to ensure product integrity and quality.

- Move materials and supplies efficiently within the production area.

- Clean materials to maintain quality and safety standards.

- Paint materials following company specifications and procedures.

- Operate lift trucks safely to transport materials and finished products.

- Perform general maintenance duties as needed to support equipment and workspace upkeep.

- Perform other related functions as assigned by supervisors to support team objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment proficiently.

- Valid certification or demonstrated skill in welding techniques.

- Experience operating lift trucks and other material handling equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.

- Basic knowledge of painting and material cleaning processes is a plus.
