Role Overview
Here's an opportunity to work for a dynamic and growing clinical research company. We have a fantastic and supportive work environment. The Clinical Research Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating the smooth operation of research studies. This position works on-site at the physician’s practice. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in medical terminology, data management, and clinical trials management. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience coordinating all aspects of clinical research projects from initiation to completion. Phlebotomy skills required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.
Analyze data collected during trials and maintain accurate records for compliance management.
Oversee blood sampling procedures and ensure proper handling and documentation.
Train on clinical trial protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure participant safety and integrity of data.
Utilize software for data capture and reporting
Maintain knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements throughout the research process.
Required Qualifications
Clinical experience preferred but not required
Experience in Sleep Clinical Trails preferred
Experience in clinical trials 2+ years of coordinator experience
Proficiency in data entry
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to clinical research.
Phlebotomy and blood sampling techniques is required
Patient Recruitment experience required
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
