CNC Milling Center Operator -- HAAS Controls

Operate CNC milling centers producing large components for heavy manufacturing. If you know your way around HAAS controls and can confidently edit and optimize programs, this role is for you.

Your Impact

• Run and adjust CNC milling centers for large-part machining.
• Edit code and apply fixture and cutter compensation.
• Set tool length/wear offsets; tune RPMs and feeds.
• Modify X/Y/Z locations to hit spec and finish goals.
• Continuously optimize programs to enhance cycle times and quality.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years operating CNC milling centers with large parts in a heavy manufacturing environment, or a 2-year machining technical degree.
• Hands-on skill editing programs and making control-side adjustments.
• Intermediate proficiency with HAAS controls.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Pay

$25–$30 per hour, DOE.
