Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Primary Purpose: Responsible for the Preventative Maintenance Program to Molding and Auxiliary Equipment for our company.

Essential Functions:

• Complete assigned work orders on non PM Maintenance

• Complete assigned PM tasks

• Collect data from machines and auxiliary equipment repairs and establish a Predictive Maintenance Program

• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems on molding equipment

• Maintain auxiliary equipment such as dryers, loaders, hot runners, cooling towers, and grinders.

• Perform all documentation for respective area

• Perform duties instructed by your supervisor

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Hydraulic and Electrical training

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field or 1 year experience as apprentice

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, lifting, bending, twisting.
