Respiratory Therapist

Duties: 

• Assess and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered.
• Manage and monitor oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, ventilators, and other respiratory equipment. 
• Evaluate patient response to treatment and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications: 

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy – required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in the State of Arkansas – required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications – required
• Ability to work effectively in physically demanding clinical environments.
• Ability to work in environments involving potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards.

Compensation: $28.00-$40.00/HR

Location: Russellville, AR
