This busy primary care practice group is in search of a full-time Doctor of Optometry to serve as a Regional Float Optometrist supporting established clinics across the Greater Madison, WI area. This unique opportunity provides the professional freedom to practice full-scope optometry while enjoying a dynamic clinical schedule backed by experienced staff and state-of-the-art equipment at each location. Location This opportunity is based in the Greater Madison, Wisconsin area, serving clinics throughout Dane County and surrounding communities. What You'll Be Working On Providing full-scope optometric services across multiple primary care clinic locations within the regional network. Utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. Focusing on clinical care while utilizing provided patient prescreening and technical support at each site. Collaborating seamlessly with dedicated administrative and clinic support teams across locations. Contributing to a practice culture that values clinical excellence, teamwork, flexibility, and professional autonomy.

Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school. Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in Wisconsin. Strong clinical skills and a passion for practicing full-scope optometry across diverse clinical settings. High adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple clinic support teams. Ability to thrive in a busy, multi-location primary care network.

What's In It For You Competitive Compensation: $145,000 – $155,000 base salary (plus float/travel stipends where applicable).
