About the Role

As a Community Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in bridging the gaps between mental health, reentry, family support, education, employment, housing, life skills, and community resources. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for individuals and families seeking support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in community support, social work, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups of people.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with community resources and services is a plus.
• Mindset: Compassionate, solution-oriented, and committed to empowering others.
