About the Role

As a Medication Technician / Medication Administration Staff, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey toward stability and independence. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate administration of medications while contributing to a compassionate and supportive environment.

This position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in medication administration who is dedicated to improving the well-being of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications to clients accurately and in compliance with established protocols.
• Monitor and document medication usage and any observed side effects.
• Maintain detailed records of medication administration and ensure proper storage of medications.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide holistic care and support to clients.
• Assist in educating clients about their medications and answer any related questions.
• Uphold safety and confidentiality standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in medication administration or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
