What You’ll Own

• Installation, service, and repair of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to improve system reliability.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of electrical issues to restore operations quickly.
• Reading and applying blueprints, schematics, and technical references.
• Compliance with safety policies and applicable electrical codes.
• Cross-functional coordination with other trades and departments for project success.
• Detailed recording of all work performed and parts used.
• Participation in continual learning to keep skills sharp and current.

What Sets You Up for Success

• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship completion is a plus.
• Current electrician’s license/certification.
• Proven background in an industrial or plant electrician capacity.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, wiring practices, and diagnostic techniques.
• Ability to decipher technical documentation and electrical drawings.
• Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
