Maintenance Director / Housekeeping / Laundry Supervisor

Continental Manor is looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to oversee our Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry departments!

We are seeking an organized and motivated Maintenance Director / Housekeeping / Laundry Supervisor who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations

• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance and repair needs

• Ensure the building, grounds, equipment, and resident areas are well maintained

• Supervise and support housekeeping and laundry staff

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents

• Monitor supplies, inventory, and equipment

• Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance

• Respond to maintenance concerns and ensure issues are addressed promptly

• Follow all applicable safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements

• Work closely with facility leadership and other departments

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, or a related supervisory role preferred

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Reliable, dependable, and hands-on

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
