Grounds Maintenance Technician

DIRECT HIRE: An awesome opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team.

Location: Greenville, NC.
Hourly Range: $20hr - $26hr (+OT)

Base Schedule: M-F, 7am - 4:30pm (OT inclusive), weekends as needed
 
Requirements:
 
Basic experience with working with lawn care equipment, tools and accessories
Must be able to drive a truck and trailer (will be required to prove competency prior to employment)
Must have the ability to pick up items over 50 pounds
Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to meet a set number of job sites each week
Must be willing to work outside throughout all seasons
Basic mechanical stills are required
Must be local to the Greensboro, NC. area
You must be 21 years and older to apply

The company pays for all hotels, including a set per diem, while out of town working
 
The scope of work is, but not limited to:
Cutting grass, spraying weeds
Debris removal, branch and tree limb removal
A company truck and equipment will be provided
The ability to travel is a must for this position, as well as weekend hours when necessary. If you are unable to travel or work weekends, you should NOT apply.
 
Physical setting: Construction site, Outdoor work
 
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
License/Certification: Must have valid Driver's License and clean driving record
 
Travel requirement:
100% travel, mostly local, rare overnight stays
Must be able to pass a drug screen
