About the Role:

As a Maintenance Director at Isle Health And Rehab, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. This includes conducting regular inspections, performing repairs and maintenance tasks, and overseeing the work of maintenance staff. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure the continued operation of our facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the continued operation of facilities and equipment

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff

• Collaborate with other departments to address issues and concerns

• Manage and maintain maintenance budgets and schedules

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management

• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair practices

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
