Location: Raleigh, NC
Shift: 2nd |Monday-Friday| 245PM-1045PM
Pay: $19 per hour

If so, we are seeking a Printing Press Operator Helper to support our pressroom operations and help deliver high-quality printed products.

What You'll Do As a Press Operator Helper, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently and ensuring presses are prepared for continuous operation.
Printing Press Operator Helper Responsibilities include:
- Preparing upcoming job orders and materials to support uninterrupted press production
- Assisting Press Operators with press setups, make-readies, and changeovers
- Cleaning and maintaining printing presses and related equipment
- Keeping the pressroom clean, organized, and production-ready
- Monitoring ink, paper, plates, and other press supplies
- Replenishing materials as needed to minimize downtime
- Supporting quality and safety standards throughout the production process
- Working closely with Press Operators and production leadership to meet production goals
We are seeking candidates who are reliable, motivated, and eager to contribute in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements for the Printing Press Operator Helper :
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 year of previous Press Helper, Press Assistant, Press Feeder, or Print Production experience
- Ability to successfully complete a drug screening
- Ability to pass the criminal background check
- Ability to lift up to 50-80 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
- Good color vision and depth perception
- Ability to read and understand safety guidelines, operating procedures, and work instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
- Experience in a commercial printing, flexographic, offset, digital printing, or label manufacturing environment
- Experience assisting with press setup, cleanup, and production support activities
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Stable Monday-Friday schedule
