We are currently seeking experienced Welders to join our team in Darien, WI. This position is ideal for individuals with at least 1-2 years of welding experience who are looking for a stable opportunity with a growing company.
Responsibilities - Perform welding operations according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality.
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of welding experience valued.
- Ability to read and use measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
