WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Respond to leasing inquiries and communicate with prospects, residents, and vendors
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Process applications and assist with resident screenings
- Prepare leases, renewals, and related documentation
- Support unit check-outs and security deposit accounting
- Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
- Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for property needs
- Assist in maintaining high occupancy and resident retention
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

WHAT IT TAKES
- 1–2+ years of leasing or property management experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio or similar preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle required
