About the Role:

As a CNA at Franciscan Villa, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, reporting changes in condition, and providing emotional support to our residents. Your dedication, compassion, and attention to detail will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and communal areas
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Document resident information and vital signs accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or nursing-related coursework preferred
• 0 years of experience as a CNA (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Ability to lift and transfer residents safely and assist with ambulation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
