Emprime is currently seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team for a temporary leasing position with an immediate start.

Emprime is a property services company specializing in providing high-quality operational and staffing support to residential communities. Our team is committed to maintaining exceptional standards, delivering reliable service, and ensuring that the properties we support operate efficiently and present a professional environment for residents and clients.

This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel between multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Support leasing activities and daily property operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and management
• Perform general administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and high level of reliability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to travel between Hoboken, Chatham, and Fair Lawn (approximately 25–50 minutes between locations depending on traffic)
