Home Healthcare Caregiver (Nursing Student / PA Student)We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Nursing or PA student to join our team as a Home Healthcare Caregiver. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-centered, and thrives in a collaborative care setting.✨ ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and groomingProvide light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environmentPrepare nutritious meals in accordance with client dietary needs and preferencesOffer medication reminders in accordance with care plansMonitor and report changes in client condition to the care team promptlyMaintain accurate, timely documentation of care providedCollaborate with team members to ensure continuity and quality of carePerform additional duties as assigned✅ QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a Nursing or Physician Assistant (PA) programCompletion of at least one clinical rotation preferredMust be a certified Home Health Aide (or willing to go through the BNCC Home Health Aide training prior to working)Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and adapt in a dynamic home care environmentTeam-oriented with a compassionate, patient-first approachValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred????
