Position Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Therapist, you will provide professional counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. This role requires a skilled and empathetic professional who can assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver effective interventions to promote mental and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group counseling.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay informed of current best practices and advancements in the field of social work and therapy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of North Carolina.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
