Honda on Grand is accepting applications now for an experienced Warranty Administrator. We are looking for a people-person who has good customer service skills, can multi-task and is eager to learn in a fun, fast-paced environment. Previous Warranty claims experience in a dealership is required.

Responsibilities:

• Review repair orders and submit warranty claims
• Track, reconcile, and resolve rejected claims
• Maintain warranty schedules and documentation
• Communicate with advisors, technicians, and management
• Learn and follow Ford warranty policies and procedures
• Assist service department with warranty-related inquiries

Qualifications:
 

• Experience as a Warranty Administrator in a dealership is required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning new computer systems and processes
• Excellent computer and data entry skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
