Machine operator

Penmac Staffing is currently seeking xperienced CNC Machine Operators for a full-time opportunity in the Owensville area. If you have previous machine operating or CNC experience and are looking for a steady, daytime schedule, this could be a great fit. 

CNC Machine Operator Requirements

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or CNC Operator is required
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic measurements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening

CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and other production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Load and unload materials and maintain production flow
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $16–$17 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity
